Please scan our webpage to familiarize yourself with our vision, mission, and leadership prior to your arrival. CSG-4 is a dynamic team environment that directly supports our Navy’s global mission by developing integrated warfighting teams that directly support our national security and defense. Each year we conduct a variety of readiness and training exercises to prepare carrier strike groups, amphibious ready groups, Marine Expeditionary Units, and independently deploying units for world-wide assignment. Nearly 150 warriors, teachers, and leaders are on our team, and we look forward to your arrival.
 
We are located in Building N-23 on board Naval Station Norfolk - a historical building across from the parade field and in between the base gym and the Naval Station Norfolk headquarters’ entrance. Our address is 1540 Gilbert St., Bldg N23 Norfolk, VA 23511. The main parking location is across the street near the parade field.
