Academic Courses


All courses are open to active duty service members, reservists, and government civilians. All EWTGLANT courses are staffed with instructors accredited through either the Navy or Marine Corps formal schools instructor process. Special convening available for some courses upon request. For information and opportunities, please email the EWTGLANT Quota Control Office or call them at 757-462-4504.

The FY23 course catalog is available for download here. Hard copies of the course catalog are available for military organizations only. Please e-mail the Director of Operations & Training for hard copy requests. 

Convening Schedules


All convening schedules, and further course details, can be found at MCTIMS and/or CANTRAC. For outlying academic concerns or questions, please e-mail the Learning Standards Office, or call them at 757-462-4505.

International Military Students


A prospective International Military Student (IMS) who is not participating in the Foreign Personnel Exchange Program (FPEP) must coordinate attendance with the Security Cooperation Organization at the U.S. embassy in their home country. A prospective IMS who is participating in the FPEP must coordinate attendance with their assigned U.S. unit.
